Complementing the paper separation project and  among council's plan which aims to increase the level of environmental awareness and the idea of waste separation and recycling , the Joint Services Council , represented by the Executive Director Engineer Husain Abuoun with the presence of the teacher supervising environmental programs in the school Mrs. Itidal Al-Khalidi donated six paper containers for Ramallah Girls Elementary school  UNRWA aiming to spread environmental awareness among students and a step towards the environment preservation and full waste separation in the school.

Ramallah Elementary School is one of the leading schools in the environmental activities and it has been awarded as the environmentally friendly school within the environmentally friendly schools leaded by Ramallah Municipality .

Eng. Abuoun insisted on the importance of this project on environmental and Awareness level in terms of reducing the amount of waste produced through waste separation, re-use and recycling, and expressed his pleasure to collaborate with Ramallah Girls Elementary school  UNRWA, referring to the Council's willingness to cooperate with all schools and institutions in all areas of preserving the environment .
