The consultants and experts presented the action plan of the council for the next upcoming three years, which includes the administrative and operational plan for the establishment of the sanitary landfill in the eastern side of the governorate, and the operational plan for the establishment and operation of transfer stations and the closure and rehabilitation of the random dumpsites. In addition to the discussion of the total cost of the project during this period and the preparation of the required budget and the development of an integrated system for cost recovery.
